It's Art Every Day day 7. Today, I decorate a frame by using mixed
media painting. It's fun.
This is 8" X 10" oval chipboard frame by TPC Studio. I trace an outline
of the frame on the paper from the MME Bloom designer paper pad.
Cut out the paper and spray some water to moisturize it
then use Gesso to paste the paper on the frame.
I use some acrylic paints, Ranger Dabber and Glimmer Mist to color the
frame. And draw some lines using Faber Castell Grip colour markers
and stencil.
Keep adding more colors with Faber Castell PITT big brush, markers,
Distress Stain and acrylic paints. I also use Heidi Grace rob-ons and
a flower adhesive embellishment by Recollections. Use modeling paste to
make some dimensional decoration.
Attach seam binding ribbon on the frame for hanging on the wall.
This is the final look.... :)
