Today, I finally got time to take some pictures to show how I sew my
Amy Tangerine style day book. It's really fun to make yourself a
small book that you could record and collect whatever you like in it.
The above picture is my Christmas day book that was made some time ago.
And today, I'm going to make a mini day book and the
size is about 4.75" X 6" compare with the regular size day book
I usually made is 8.5" X 5.5".
These papers are K & Co. Elizabeth Brownd designer paper,
Hobby Lobby doily and some note book papers. The cover is Canvas Corp.
Krafty Christmas cardstock and the plastic cover is
3M Transparency Film AF 4300.
I've scored these paper and stacked them together.
Use paper clips to secure the papers and transparency film.
When sewing, the cover side should face up. It will be easier to sew a straight line.
Use regular thread and needle.
Normal straight line setting.
Use foot pedal to sew a straight line.
There you go. The most layers I ever tried is 14 include papers and transparency.
I think it would be ok to add one or two more layers.
It's very easy and fun.
