Hey, my dear blog friends, hope you all had a great summer. I just came back from Alaska
last night and I am so glad I was there when Dallas almost hit 100 degrees. I've already
missed the cool weather and those glaciers in Alaska.
This week, at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, we are having a dotty challenge
-- From polka dots to spotted papers or embossed dot cardstock, we invite you to get
dotty with us.
I've been enjoying playing with beads and wires, so this week I decided to alter a
photo frame that I don't use anymore to a tray for my bead collection and accessories.

I've been enjoying playing with beads and wires, so this week I decided to alter a
photo frame that I don't use anymore to a tray for my bead collection and accessories.
This is a 5" X 7" white photo frame. To show some contrast color through the cracks,
I dabbed the Adirondack Acrylic Paint in Espressso color on the background then
applied Distress Crackle paint after the acrylic paint was dry.
To make the dotty pattern I dabbed the frame with Ranger Paint Dabber in green
and sequin waste. I also made some more dotty pattern using
Tim Holtz Embossing Folder on the background.
The Prima Flowers were covered with Ranger UTEE using Ranger Melting Pot
berfore they were glued on the frame. Here are some more detail photos.
Supply List:
Tim Holtz Distress Crackle Paint PICKET FENCE White Opaque Ranger Adirondack Paint Dabber LETTUCE Acrylic Green
gift voucher that will go to a random entry chosen by Random Generator. We'd
also love to see you and your project being featured on our designer spotlight
on Friday post.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Meihsia ^_^
